I approach the therapeutic relationship with creativity, compassion, and without judgment. I consider it an honor to witness a client’s exploration of their life and journey towards deeper connection with themselves and all around them.

Each person comes to therapy with their own unique experiences and needs. I utilize an integrative approach in every session and prioritize continued training and consultation with colleagues in order to provide the best support I can. There are some of the therapeutic tools I regularly use:

  • Trauma-focused and sensitive therapies, including EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

  • Somatic awareness and nervous system regulation

  • Eco-therapy and nature connection

  • Mindfulness and visualizations

  • Creative arts practices
